Urban warfare can be some of the worse. No medics to yell for. If a cop finds you it can be worse than being left to die. The asphalt jungle is much more violent than the Jungled of Nam ever were. I know. I was there..

I was there but I didn't have to live in it. Yet we are all surrounded by it no matter how far we go to get away. Speaking of medics (and war crimes commissions and so forth), in many ways I find them more barbaric and vile than unsupervised get downs. Of course the unsupervised get downs will be uglier to watch. You might feel compelled to watch as are most if not all.. But in time if you're half civilized you will want to turn away from it. Because it's so unclose and ugly. Not like war which can be out of sight, out of mind sometimes. But for a war to have rules, in some way that makes it more egregious. Cops may be individually stupid but have an array of technical advantages to work with. I'd be afraid of killing someone today. Not if I felt justified, I'm talking more about outright murder. I always believed that one enterprise opens up room for others. Like for instance, using DNA to exonerate imprisoned people who may actually have been guilty of rape and murder but didn't cum on the bitch, so they catch a break just by not going all the way. What a cop out.

All this shit, reliance on technology and medicine and other modern day versions of olden days bullshit - it really gets on my nerves that it doesn't bother people. I am not as bothered with it as I am with others not be bothered by it. The whole thing is media run, the advertisements, commercials, whatever. And it's really sickening because, with maybe, maybe an exception here or there, I don't see how anything these fuckers advertise could possibly be any better than the stuff that already exists and is taken off the shelves to force us to buy new crap. Well, I don't have to buy anything.. I am not joking, from now on it's the thrift store all the way. I have always used them, but not the point of shoes and underwear and so forth. But it's at the point now where 'new and improved' is an obvious step down from anything old. My sister says if quality goes down it will play out in the thirst stores too. Maybe to some degree. But I am not saying quality does not exist, only that it's out of my price range. So for me the thrift store is the way to go. When it comets clothes, even when I had the money, I always preferred old and soft to new and hard. I want proof that it works. That it's still around after 20 years is proof enough for me.

People get what they deserve with this shit. The sad part is that it affects me too even if I want no part of it. Some trends get so big that no matter how unfazed you claim to be by them they overtake your life. When things become too popular it's almost like you have to like it too or you die.
