I haven't posted in some time, mainly because the bed got me again, but the state of this board may have something to do with it as well. I refuse to respond to Bozo or the other guy. I know the two "B's" are different, Judith. I can tell the difference between the two, but it's minimal and it doesn't matter because Bozo himself brought the other guy in here and he did it on purpose and has not expressed remorse for his actions and deserves to die as a result. The other guy is purposely trying to ruin the group. He is an asshole. Then on top of it he becomes lonely from time to time and actually tries to communicate. Too late. Too late now. Seems like all I can do is hope he finds another group to mess with. Probably already has dozens of them. All he does is copy and paste, so why not? I wouldn't be surprised if the guy is all over the newsgroups. But even though he is an asshole and I wish he would disappear even if it means death for him, am still opposed to moderated newsgroups, because I'm an open minded and fair guy as you already know.

Gotta hit the markets now. Make up for lost time. 5 days in bed, feeling really weak. Love feeling weak when in bed, not at all out of it. And then everybody sorta discovered at the same time there was a timebomb going off and there were a lotta wannabee loose cannons here there and everywhere, and you just couldn't trust these assholes anymore cuz they got unhinged and some wouldn't even take their meds to cope. Which for closet psych patients like Ras must have been pretty hard to do. If you thought about it, you could almost predict how all these feelings of a private club was all going to fail. There was a time I never thought about making any resolutions because if I wanted to do something bad enough I knew I could make it happen without that bullshit. But as I grow older and become much more a procrastinator than I ever dreamed I am finding all sorts of excuses to not do stuff. The sick part is not doing what I set out to do, it's feeling the need to make excuses for it. Why the excuses? What ever happened to the good old, "Shit happens - sometimes it be that way Pappy - I mean yo dude, whatever" philosophy of life?

What the fuck is that supposed to mean - "You're the only one here who ever qualified as a professional"..............? I drove a cab for 33 years, I think that's enough to make me a pro. On the other hand I don't care and never did care about being a professional. In fact there's something about the word that bugs me. As I have said probably too many times, "If you can make it through life without needing a professional you may consider yourself a success."

No more working for me. I never felt professional but I did act it as much as I could. That means not jacking around when it mattered.

Well technically you're right, and I use the term as an elitist in that most classical professional occupations is a rather small category — Doctors, lawyers, engineers, (prostitutes) and sloppily now you can prolly throw-in most occupational tasks performed by computer science professionals i.e. coders, software developers, and now maybe even script kiddies (or skids) — (A script kiddie, or skid is a relatively unskilled individual who uses scripts or programs, such as a web shell, developed by others to attack computer systems and networks and deface websites, according to the programming and hacking cultures. It is generally assumed that most script kiddies are juveniles who lack the ability to write sophisticated programs or exploits on their own and that their objective is to try to impress their friends or gain credit in computer-enthusiast communities. However, the term does not necessarily relate to the actual age of the participant. The term is considered to be derogatory — as in GUESS WHO!?)
