Any error it's not random, but more specific. If u use a newsreader told
you the error you see:

Error 9: "The body is too large"
Error 12: "Lines longer than 79 chars"
Error 24: "Too many hierarchies w/o f/u"
Error 31: "Your IP has sent too many articles"
Error 32: "Your domain has sent too many articles"
Error 34: "Banlist"
Error 57: "Message too big"
Error 64: "Too many errors for your IP"
Error 65: "Too many errors for your Domain"
Error 67: "Too many errors for your IP in short time"
Error 68: "Too many errors for your Domain in short time"
etc. this is just a little list of common error I see on my server

At least, the error 3x and 6x it's frequently on TOR user's, because
sharing same exit-point. If one user try too much time, all user's
sending article with same endpoint fail.
If u want I can send you the full-error-list and explaination.

But complaining in a newsgroup without sending an email to whoever
administers that service to warn them of a probable problem, assuming
that the administrator spends his days reading newsgroups waiting for
someone to tell him something, doesn't seem silly to not say completely
idiotic?

Any URL in the message it's passed to an URIBL, and other blacklist, to
check if the link it's safe and not spreading virus/worm/spam or similar
shit. All it's automatic, no manual intervention from me. I don't want
this, you don't want this, everyone on Usenet don't want this.

I have (and use) similar system. Not that close, but similar.
In future, if user's don't abuse, I can increment but at this time my
limit's it's setup closely for stay away from spammer/troller/etc. for
Aioe downtime and mixmin problem's.
My server it's the only (with Steve and Aioe) I know permitting a TOR
user's to read and post without asking anything on usenet. I maintain
(encourage and trust) a free system, where everyone can express
themselves as they wish, obviously remaining within the bounds of
decency, legality but above all respect for others. SPAM, free insults
without an end but for the sake of it, and in any case anything that is
against the common life are not welcome in my home, as I think in
anyone's home.

In the future, if you decide to use my server again, if you get an error
write me privately with the error you received with date and time, I
will investigate and try to understand why the server refuses your post.
If you use TOR, you already had the explanation a few lines above :)
