JUST TO RESTATE THE MAGISTRATES COURT TRAVESTY OF A GUILT FINDING IN 2 OF 4
CHARGES WITH CASE NUMBER L10519861 - CONTEST HEARING ON 24 FEBRUARY 2023

1) THERE WAS A STEADFAST REFUSAL BY THE COURT / POLICE PROSECUTIONS TO
CONSIDER THAT THE GRANTING OF ORDERS / PEDANTIC ALLEGED BREACHES WERE
VEXATIOUS AND NON-JUSTICIABLE DUE TO A PROVEN ASSOCIATION WITH UNLAWFUL
ACTIVITY OCCASIONING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT

THAT MALADMINISTRATION OF THE COUNTY COURT APPEAL AP-18-0609 WHICH ALLUDED
TO THAT CONTEXT WAS REFUSED WITHOUT CONSIDERATION OF ANY EVIDENCE BEFORE
THE APPEAL WAS HEARD

A matter of intellectual property theft associated with technologising
Queen Victoria's Letters Patent, persecution and slander by members of the
RSL / Knights Templar International (Catholic Military Order) during the
World War One 2018 centennial will now proceed to an appeal to the County
Court.

Because of which no member of the RSL is to have association (ie. KING
CHARLES III CORONATION IS ON 6 MAY 2023 and the first DIRECTIONS HEARING IS
ON 26 MAY 2023) until all legal matters are resolved.

RATIONALE FOR APPEAL: "I would imagine that given the capacity to produce
volumes of documents as an acute stress response in preparation for court
that it is likely manifest as trauma (ie. for which I had doctor's
prescribed sedation) at court particularly resulting in dissociative
phenomena or autonomic (ie. in my field of interest ontic) actions which
may affect perception of personal surroundings when priority is given to
rational, calculated thought and directed speech.

It is then improper for the MAGISTRATE to conclude as a determination of
guilt that on the question of known identity it is disingenuous to reject a
common association and recognition of another person because they have been
in the same court room together--I have at the end of the day very little
recollection of the day (ie. for instance although in the witness box and
within proximity to the CLERK OF COURTS I would have no recollection of
them) because my mode of thinking was not to journalise but vigorously
defend myself as a survival mode."
