Jesus, again with the Jew thing! Now, as for who's funnier between the groups you mentioned, that is a matter of personal preference. But it extends beyond that sometimes. Like with me. I have no real personal preference for comics, I just like the ones who are good. See, if I like them they have to be good. It is not a debatable issue. Such a bore to pit these nobodies against each other - funny as they could be at times - when our world is filled to the brim with many unknown clowns every bit as deserving of attention and applause as the known clowns we never stop hearing about it seems.

recite the Pledge of Allegiance every morning. Ziggy had the worst
stutter you ever heard on a person, in addition to Tourette's
Syndrome. Mr. Howard, our principal, had a very sick sense of humor.
He insisted that Ziggy lead the class in the recitation. Listening to
him stutter and curse his way through the Pledge was one of the
funniest thing I got to witness. It never got boring; each day was as
funny as the day before. There are some people who were just born to

This topic intrigues me because it goes way beyond the arm flapping cellphone motif. I said years ago that people really want to be alone. I don't mean solitary confinement, only that people would rather be alone than have company they can't get rid of. That want that but are too scared to admit it because there comes a time for all of us when we want company. But the cellphone bears out my truth. It proves it. All those people walking around blabbering into the air (ear buds or whatever), are doing what only a few years ago was the exclusive domain of the street loony. Few had the guts to talk out loud to themselves. I understand, I keep it quiet in public too. But I always knew people have always wanted to be able to talk out loud to themselves without being considered a nut job. The cellphone/earbud system took care of that. Now anyone can walk around ranting and raving and no one thinks they're nuts. In fact, if you hear one of them say something and you think they're talking to you and you go, "Excuse me, what did you say?", and they look at you like you're nuts. Back when I had no free government smartphone (which I never carry, just keep around the bed for the google search bar), I considered getting an non-working cellphone at a thrift store and using it strictly for the purpose/excuse of talking out loud to myself. I'm still inhibited, so to make it easier I'd have to go with a large ear bud, colorful to attract people's eyes so that when they see it they don't think I'm insane.

I want to look normal for people who are genuinely nuts - all of them.

I knew a guy at the poolroom who always wore a leather jacket which I would sometimes ask him to borrow because I was into choreographed fighting in my early 20s - just having fun - and that leather jacket was perfect for the sound of a punch. I'd throw a fake punch, then at the same time use my other hand to slap the leather jacket around chest level. Nobody would see the hand, just hear the sound. I loved the sound that jacket made. Other than that I was never into fashion of any kind although I'm a fashionable guy - a model of sorts, at least at one time, without even trying. I made clothes look good. All my stuff was bought in thrift stores, yet once a week or so someone would ask me where I got the pants or the shirt or the vest, and at first I thought it was because the clothes were great. But later in life I'd be wearing the same clothes and questions about where I got them began to diminish because my aging, booze soaked body was not a good advertisement. I actually like some of the modern polyester type jackets, very light yet warm. I don't care much about appearance anymore. In the winter, for years now, I wear long underwear under shorts, never long pants. It's comfortable and practical and I started the trend. 20 years ago I never saw anyone around here wearing leggings and underwear under jogging shorts. Of course younger people have moved into the area, but still I think over time, even without knowing it, these people were copying my style. I started the trend, but like everything else I've invented in life, someone else will get the credit. Bastards.

Better staged than the real thing. I was not some kind of stunt man or stand in or anything, I just liked throwing fake punches at people. I was fairly agile at that time. I'd pretend to get hit and fly into the air then come down landing on my back. But I wasn't really landing on my back, I was landing partly on my hands. Fake fighting is similar to watching a violent movie instead of living a violent life. Or laughing at a violent movie. Most truly violent assholes I have known never laughed at such stuff. They may have laughed at their own victims of violence, but rarely if ever at funny horror movies. I used to judge people on that basis. If I saw a guy who never laughed at violence in horror movies I knew I was probably dealing with a genuinely violent asshole. But then one day I met a guy who had a great sense of humor and laughed along with me at the same horror movie stuff only to later discover that he actually had a violent streak. That's why a movie about a traveling road comic killing people town to town would probably go over big.
