Just as there are not enough real jobs for doctors coming out of college it is equally difficult for people wanting to get a start in the leadership industry. Specialization is needed, same as in the medical field. More and more small leadership organizations popping up with mostly women of color and other mutant trendoid college types forming new support groups claiming to represent the less fortunate. It's the Jerry Lewis Telethon Syndrome. They seek financial donations to put an end to Muscular Dystrophy and at the same time hoping it never goes away.

I rarely go to restaurants, so in a selfish way I don't care how ugly they get unless I'm there and they are truly puke worthy, like the one in Hollywood had no nose, just two holes in the middle of her face - which I had not yet seen until I had made my order: "Scrambled eggs, slightly runny." Then I saw that face and those holes and all I could think of was snot.

But I don't care if they are ugly as much as I care about them sticking their hands into stuff they bring to the table, like their fingers grasping the inside of a water glass. I loved it. The guys in my unit were tough. I loved my mates. But for most this was their first war. Even still they handled it well. They wanted to kill. Chomping at the bit. But I had something they did not have - multi war experience, having served in Korea. I had seen things they had not. "Did you see the way that guy jumped when I shot him?", shouted one rookie with glee during one firefight. I let it go. Then he shot another guy and yelled, "Wow, did you see that? I mean unclose? It looked like he was crying when his head came off." I listened to this shit a while, not just from this one guy but from all of them, hooting and boasting about their kills. "I'm not competing with you guys", I told them, "but this is your first war. I have seen many. Yes it was funny the way your guy jumped", I told the guy first guy, "I heard you the first time. Lots of impatient people in the world. It can be a disease. Not just in war and not just with rookies. With many things there is not enough patience. It all centers around greed. They want it now. They never think of tomorrow, especially when today is the biggest kick of all time. Easy to get lost in the groove. Torturers often make that mistake. Having so much fun, lost so much in the moment they tend at times to over work their boy. To the point where the boy dies. I was in a book store today and on a bargain table they had books on serial killers and assassins. I though you would enjoy it. Maybe not the books but the fact there was a display of them.

When I went back to Allentown I joined the library. Took out a few books. One was a two volume set of famous killers dating back to the 1700s hundreds. Funny thing about those books is they only mention killers up to the point where they are published. They can go back as far as they want, but they can't go into the future. I can see a guy getting all excited seeing the books, like the ones I had, lots of pics and text, and going, "Oh great, I can read about Jeffrey Dammer", only to find the book came out a year before Dahmer did his thing. It's funny how these books are called "The History of This", or, "The History of That", but only go up to the point where they are published.

The guy just got 20 years and the entire Floyd camp is enraged it wasn't more. I don't care what a guy does - even if he snaps and kills a bunch of people, even if one of the people he killed is someone I knew and liked - I would not join the group that will never be satisfied. If the guy gets death they'll be pissed he wasn't kept alive to suffer more. If he gets prison it's never enough time. Even if it's life without parole it's never enough. I am not joking.
