The Giants had the game won going into the 7th inning.Logan Webb
hadpitched 7 strong innings and given up only 2 runs, but Rodgers
came in almost lost the game with a three run inning.

The pitcher who won the game? Not a pitcher of rercord, just Kevin
Gausman the pinch hitter and he came thru big. He lifted a fly to the
outfield that gave Crawford enough to time to score the winning run.

Better than that, the Dodgers lost today and that puts the Giants 2
full games ahead of the Bums.
