collection of knowledge and info bits around vichan, so that it doesn't get lost:

1) vichan keeps the message ids for deleted messages, so that they don't get imported again, a good feature. For a reimport of the messages the table has to be cleaned by hand.

since my import script depends on the local spool, it needs to be rebuild if the spool is rebuild.
kind of obvious, i know....
