MOSCOW (Sputnik) - UK quarantine facilities for travelers returning from so-called red list countries cost the country's taxpayers over 400 million pounds ($522.8 million), including unpaid bills and fraud, which account for about 100 million pounds, the National Audit Office (NAO) said in a new report issued on Thursday.
