I went tried to run the cron on a fresh install and got this
error:

$> cd /home/sugarbugweb/web/sugarbugweb/public_html/spoolnews ; bash
-lc "php /etc/rslight/scripts/cron.php"
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: fputs(): Argument #1 ($stream)
must be of type resource, bool given in /etc/rslight/scripts/cron.php:24
