that is on purpose, actually. you can put in any old subject you like (as long as it's not empty. same for the content).

the two between two messages is done by the message id (the one you see left to the "Post now" button and the reply id. the "Re:" in the subject is not important.

The Re: in the subject is not important, it is the message id that is used to make the connection between two messages (the one you see left to the "Post now" button). I will implement real threads soon.

no it is not, the fudforum software on def3 still puts the messages in the right thread and sequence no matter what the subject is (mostly, anyways).
this behaviour i want for def4 as well.
