Everybody's got something to sell based on their needs at the time.
I don't know about the liver though, I don't think a person can live
without one. Can they? I mean, what's the sense of selling body
parts if not to stay alive? I suppose I could see it from ultra manly
types who think God put them here to serve their families. They
sell their most vital organs knowing it means instant death for
them but helpful cash for their families. But I am not surprised by
voluntary body part selling and even found myself wishing for it
when I was younger to avoid a regular job. But it's not that easy
to find buyers for body parts. It's the height of desperation, sure,
but I can understand it. So you're saying cheap Iranian testicles
are available? Where can I buy a set? Mine are shot, I need some new ones.
I don't care what country they came from as long as they work. I am ready.

You're young, you have your whole life ahead of you, but you hate work.
Been there? I have. Many times in my younger days I'd find myself wishing
someone would offer me money for a pinkie finger or the smallest toe. For
enough money I'd have been willing to lose a hand. But not the right one.
That's the one I wipe my ass with. It all comes down to circumstances.
Everyone is a whore at some point. On the surface it sounds relatively
easy - give up a finger and make enough money to live good for a year or
more. A hand might get you half a lifetime. But in time you grow accustomed
to the life style your newfound money has brought. You find yourself selling
more and more body parts till you're down to just a torso. That's when you
have to think about selling some organs. But yes there is a price for all. Put
yourself at a young age in a life leading nowhere - one dead-end job after
another - at some point you're going to be willing to make concessions if
you want to keep living without working.
