Why can't you just say they are the assholes they are? I'm not saying they couldn't be anti semitic, only that you seem to feel that way about just about anyone who isn't in your cult. The ones that are pure fiction are obvious. But they challenge even the real ones. And they don't challenge me directly, they'll talk about it to others in their little cult. Why do you say they are anti semitic? Why not call it like it is for a fact - they are bitter resentful angry unfulfilled people. I don't care what they think.

If your original weight stats were correct you're a third of the way there. Where is
Richard Simmons when you need him? Are you making your own food? You should.
Soups and stews. People wanting to lose weight think it's most important to get
away from food when actually it's the opposite, they need to embrace good natural
stuff that low in calories but dense in nutrition. I know, I know, you're heard it all
before, but it's true. When you cook your own food you can count the calories that
go into it. And it's not a chore. Not for me anyway. I have a good memory, so I
know the calories of most foods. And they don't have to be exact.

When I was 29 I quit smoking. I was already overweight. But on the day I
quit smoking I also lost my taste for milk. I used to order it with every meal
at the restaurant. This was not a conscious thing. I had just gone through
some heavy alcohol withdrawals and had called an ambulance because I
thought I was having a heart attack, or might be having one. About 8 hours
later when my pulse rate came down and the nerves went away I was overcome
with tiredness and an overwhelming hunger. I went to the cheap steak house a
block away. The waitress took my meager order and asked, "The usual milk?",
and I said no. I don't know why. Well, as you know when people quit smoking
they tend to gain weight. With me it was the opposite. I had been drinking
about nearly a pound of milk a week, about 3500 calories to a pound in case
you didn't know. So I began losing weight without even trying. That spurred me
on. I got the cab job and a full-time roof over my head and began to make simple
foods that evolved over time till I became one of the best intuitive genius chefs
in the country if not the whole world. Good luck.

A health drink, walking and methamphetamine have worked wonders. I'm not
as dedicated to the Simmons work-out like I used to be, but I will
ocassionally put on a 'Move, Groove and Lose' disc and boogie. You
should try it, you might like it. If you try it and don't like it,
nothing lost. You can then suggest it to some lazy joe who probably
won't like it either.

I used to walk a really fast 4 or 5 miles nearly every day. But on my days
off, which would sometimes extend to a week, I would drink heavily. I was
younger then.

When I came down here at age 46 I stayed with my brother and his wife.
One day he showed me a video of a Richard Simmons ab workout. I laughed.
"Try it", he said. And I did. I quit within a minute. It was funny.

I am not in love with working out but maintain some minor discipline in
that area even now but am getting really tired of it, making excuses that I
never made in my earlier days. I just got done doing some squats without
weights and some ab rollouts with the wheel. They are tough. I do them
strict. I have always worked out more for appearance than for health. But
if health, longevity, and other positives come with the package I'll take them.
Meth eh? I've had it. I don't think I could go with it for long. I used it when
younger but only when I was drinking and someone had it. I never went out
and bought it. Same with crack cocaine. I have used everything but have
never shot up. I knew guys who would vacillate between chubby and ultra
lean, using diet pills and exercise to gain the trimmed down look. I am a
hyper type who never got used to stimulants without something like booze
to buffer them out. I smoke weed though, every day. I am not an expert - yet
in a way I think I am to some degree. I just know it's best not to overdo it as
that will sometimes turn a person off to their routines. You seem to be doing
well with your program. Keep it up. I don't know how old you are, but I do
know that it's easier to enjoy exercise when you're younger (as a rule but with
the usual exceptions). I used to walk about 20 miles a week. In L.A. a lot of
it was uphill. I was able to do it breathing really hard and still able to talk out
loud to myself as I blasted along, even able to laugh out loud at times. I never
considered myself to be in great shape, but realize today I was in pretty decent
shape when I was taking those hills in Hollywood. One early morning after
driving cab all night I was walking home through the hills, steep ones, and I
looked up and saw a few guys on a slanted roof getting their gear ready for
a day's work in the sun. I heard one of them say to another, "Look at this
guy coming up the hill laughing." The way he said it, it sounded like a
compliment, like wow he's not even breathing hard. Plus I was laughing.
I was thinking about something and was able to laugh out loud even though
I was breathing hard. Not today. Not for some time. I don't care how scenic
the route is, in the end it has all become a treadmill for me. But you - you are
younger and excited with the change, and that's good. Keep it up or I'm gonna
tell Richard Simmons on you.
