Covid fatigue is not the reason to do the best to minimized unncecessary death.
Just like a river overthrows its banks, virus inflow overthrows human's ability to
fight the virus is also a natural disaster.

During a prolonged flooding, people would become fatigued. Should they then
stop their effort and let the flood drown them?
