The guy's criminal record might be interesting but I don't see it as crucial in your argument to have him expelled from life. I am not against your argument, just your reasons. First of all, imagine going to every hall of justice in the land to access the criminal records of everyone at random, I'm sure you'll find many who leave McCarty in the dust. Besides, I don't think anyone should care in the sense of using the information as some kind of proof that he is wrong and you are right in this particular case.

the headers are different. Obviously you use Google, which doesn't
provide headers. There are a number of free news readers and news
servers that you could use. Forging nyms and emails is easy with nearly
all news readers. Only idiots actually do it.
