Why isn't Trump dying since he's morbidly obese, eats a bucket of fried chicken with the skin, Big Macs and Sausage McMuffins and drinks a dozen diet cokes has scaly skin, can't walk a ramp, has obvious ambulatory issues and one eye is closed?
All of those things are risk factors for death, but doing them doesn’t mean you’re absolutely going to die immediately. He’s in obviously poor health, but as someone else mentioned, he’s got excellent healthcare, which can stave off the Grim Reaper for longer than most people would get.

His excellent healthcare cannot last him very long as the medication has
its limits to it. He cannot stave off the health problem that cannot be
reversed.

The speed of accumulation is faster than the speed of removal, that the
net increased in rising faster and faster.

With his rising age, it is a going to be a easy journey for him to his
graveyard. He should ready a plot and make a visit to see if he needs
anything on it or not.

There are many signs that one can see on him. His scaly skin is like a
rough surface. He did not have enough water in his body.

His facial color is dull and drained. His lope of his ear is drooped.
And his

His eye lid is edged down. The eye brow is drooped down. Some parts of
his hair were not evenly grown and some were lopsided, too.

There is a lot of cholesterol in him; his arteries are clogged. Because
of the clogged, the amount of oxygen is not enough to squeeze into the
clogged arteries.

That is why he has scarely skin and other visible signs on other
sickness, too.
