Why would one country want to destabilize another country through disinformation?
As far as I can tell, there are two countries in the world that are at the top of the list when it comes to destabilizing countries. Britain and the United States.

These two countries are in the first place in destabilizing other countries.. Britain was number one in 1979 before. The United States ranks first in subsequent years.

The destabilization of other countries by these two countries is done for two purposes.

1- Mastering the economic resources of that country

2- Creating a war to expand the arms trade

For example, in the last 20 years, the United States has destabilized at least six countries to expand the arms trade: Egypt - Libya - Syria - Iraq - Afghanistan - Yemen

Of course, the result of destabilizing these countries has been the unprecedented killing and destruction of five countries. That is, the United States has completely destroyed one country every four years. And its only purpose is to expand the arms trade in the world. US arms factories should not be shut down.
