No, of course not. No country can rule the world. No country has ever ruled the world.

Great Britain came fairly close with the British Empire but even that fell short.

The French Empire didn’t come close, either.

One might argue that America came closest, thanks to its 750 military bases and the US Dollar hegemony.

But you can still see Russia and China not under America’s thumb.

China has no ambition to rule the world. Never did.

China only wants to trade with the world. It’s all business.
