What can Xi Jinping do to convince the world that there is no genocide against the Uyghurs in Xinjiang?
Step 1. Stop committing genocide. Close the camps, send people home to their families, invite in aid groups and dismantle the current program.

Step 2. Allow the region to appoint independent government and allow outside troops and aid agencies to help the victims recover.

Step 3. Punish those in the CCP who ordered and recommended the genocide.

Step 4. Adopt independent bodies and multi-party rule to avoid future abuses and ensure adversarial investigation from within the government.

Step 5. Adopt constitutional reform against genocide.
