And frankly I am glad he did not post - makes me feel less guilty about not doing my duty. It is 11:20am Sunday. This is the earliest I have been up in a long time. I laid in bed all day and all last night with no sleep, just rest. What luxury. Turning to mush but incredibly still able to stand upright and even walk a ways. Wow. My main desire right now is to eventually become the world's oldest human so when they ask me the secret to my longevity I can tell them, "Simple man, don't do anything." I know they'll laugh. Then my 117 year old rickety frail but still volatile physique tightens with anger and resentment, crying aloud, "Don't laugh, it's true - and I am living proof. I'm telling you assholes right now, if you want to live a long time, don't do anything. I mean nothing.

Did they test you for the virus? I don't even want the test. I used to see people lined up near the downtown transit center waiting to get swabbed. I'm thinking if this thing is real the last thing I want to do is get in line with a bunch of people who might be there because they suspect they have the virus and to have my mouth swabbed out by the hands of a perfect stranger, the same hands that have been in and out of mouths all day long. No tests for me. But I am not joking when I say I would genuinely love at this point in my life to learn I have cancer but also have a good 2 or 3 years to live. I don't want the exact date, all that shit, just the knowledge that I've got something that's going to take me out so I don't have to dwell in any way on the future any more. My girlfriend now has what I got. She took a home covid test tonight and it was negative. I think there are other diseases they are letting out that are not covid but still trying to fuck us up. We are under attack by Fauci and Gates.

I go to the markets and talk with people - I don't live in a cave exactly - but I don't have as much contact with other people as you. So I know that's probably why so far most bad things that come my way are not of the contagious variety. I believe there have been viruses around forever that were never addressed. Maybe they should not be addressed. Now it's this variant and that. It's funny, some of the words related to COVID are words that most assholes would ever use or even know the meaning of. Now it's this or that variant and all kinds of other techno titles to the effects of this or that illness. I have been trying for years to surrender but they won't let me. Probably not trying hard enough. It really pisses me off when I see TV commercials urging people to ask their doctors questions during visits. It implies that people don't ask questions, but it's just an excuse from a bunch of inept frauds struggling to hold onto their jobs. I have asked many questions of doctors and rarely get a straight answer. I know they are human and don't know everything. I do not expect a cure for everything. But some of these fuckers I've met up with, man, they know nothing and do their best to never have to prove it. They find ways of ducking out of the office. I'm sick of them. I am lucky so far. I have things wrong with me but not enough to push me toward the drug aisles. With the recent back thing I went to a back guy and he prescribed me Celebrex which worked within a few days. Then I stopped it. The pain came back but not as bad. Now it's just about gone. Some things leave on their own. I think the doctors know that. They make their money by pretending to know stuff they don't know and also by keeping secret what little they do know.

I refuse to take those. I am not trying to sound courageous. There are meds I will take. But not those based on numbers. What a racket. I believe there is such a thing as high blood pressure and that it's not good for most people. But they call it "the silent disease." What a great excuse that is to sell meds. "Well, of course you don't feel so bad right now - but that's because it's a silent disease. You numbers indicate the need for the meds. Your cholesterol count is higher than it should be. If you want to live I advise you to take this script and cash it in immediately."

I took blood pressure meds - lisinopril 20 mg for several years till I suspected they might be the cause of my bowel issues. I weaned off them - down to 10 for a month or so, then 5 for a few weeks, and then off completely. The bowel stuff continued, so the lisinopril was probably not the reason. Still, my BP was high, sometimes the lower number was around 115 - which is pretty high - but when I weaned off the meds I kept my eye on my BP, checking it in stores now and then - and it actually went down over time. But at the same time for some reason I was losing weight which probably made the numbers go down, plus I was no longer driving the cab, which was an artery bursting existence for sure. Anyway, I'm not suggesting you nix the meds.. What if I did that and you died within the week? On the other hand I do believe these meds are, while not necessarily a hoax, certainly a small part of a huge sales pitch including THE VACCINE.

Yeah, a good term for it - forever medicine. The ones you mention fit that description for sure. They become part of your body and they say you shouldn't stop taking them without doctor's approval or whatever. It's true, your body becomes so accustomed to them that to suddenly stop could spell trouble. But to continue taking them also spells trouble in the way of multiple side effects of a horrible nature culminating in the biggest side effect of all - DEATH.

By the way, I am feeling really hyped up. Was going to take a walk to the market but can tell already that I'm going to grab the bus. I will walk uptown for some stuff though, about 10 minutes, enough to get the blood flowing. My blood pressure is probably soaring right now. How about when you go to the doctor and you're feeling stressed and expecting your BP to be really high but it's insanely low? I have had that happen. I think it goes up and down all day. One day a few months after stopping the BP meds I took my readings at a market and it was 90 over 60. That is fucking low. Fine with me. It was not a misreading. I went to another nearby market and got a very similar reading.

I could die today. So could you. Watch out!
