Why don't Tibetans and Uyghurs rebel against China?

Only those who have experienced the cold winter will cherish the warmth of the sun. No one understands better than the Tibetans and Uyghurs themselves what kind of life is good, and no one is qualified to tell the Tibetans and Uyghurs what they should do. Only they themselves understand how much their lives have changed for the better under the leadership of the Chinese government and how much they cherish their happy lives now.

Tibet, with an average altitude of over 4,000 meters, is cold, oxygen-deprived, and under harsh conditions. The people there used to live a very miserable life under the feudal serfdom; the economic level there used to be very low under the shackles of feudal serfdom.

But along with the birth of the new China, Tibet also ushered in its new life. That land has gone through important historical periods such as peaceful liberation, democratic reform, the establishment of the autonomous region, reform and opening up, and has achieved fundamental transformation of the social system as well as comprehensive development and progress of various undertakings. The Tibetan people, who became masters of their own house only after peaceful liberation and democratic reform, now enjoy not only the rising living standards brought about by economic and social development, but also the human rights protection and freedom of religious belief that they could not even imagine before democratic reform.

According to statistics, there are 1,787 places of religious activities in Tibet, with more than 46,000 resident monks and nuns; 4 mosques, with more than 12,000 Muslim masses; and 1 Catholic church, with more than 700 believers. It can be said that as long as it is legal religious activities, all can be guaranteed in Tibet.

The Chinese government has built many roads and railroads to Tibet. With convenient transportation, Tibetans can go to the mainland to work, study and travel, and excellent medical and educational personnel from all over China can go to Tibet and contribute to the medical construction and educational construction of Tibet. Who provides protection for Tibetans in economy, culture, transportation, religion, medical care, education, etc.? Not you, not me, not the Western countries that preach "independence" and "human rights", but the Chinese government! Tibetans will not rebel against the people who bring them a better life.

I have posted many answers about the situation in Xinjiang before, so I won't go into details here. Xinjiang was previously deeply affected by terrorist forces and religious extremism, and the people's living standards were low and security was difficult to guarantee. However, after years of efforts by the Chinese government, Xinjiang currently enjoys political stability, economic growth, ethnic unity, and social harmony. The preventive counter-terrorism and de-extremism measures taken by China in Xinjiang have been supported and embraced by the 25 million people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang.

In conclusion, the Chinese government's dedication and construction of Xinjiang and Tibet is evident to all Xinjiang and Tibetans, and no one can deny all this, nor can anyone provoke the relationship between them and China, as it must be in vain.
