I am a minimalist when it comes to dressing. I can dress well even with thirst store clothes although I lost interest in that years ago. Now it's all about comfort. Sure, I care about appearance to some degree - it's hard to totally escape vanity - but it's low on my priority list. I know one thing, I really hated the fashion scene of the 60s and 70s - the whole thing starting mostly with the outlandish bell bottoms, especially the dress up types with creases in them that made them look like Christmas bells swinging back and forth. The Afghan sweater came out around that time. Very unattractive. I like the look of dress from many different countries and think opening a store that sells such items would go over big. It doesn't even have to have been made in those countries as long as it is decent quality and is made with exacting dedication. Caps, sweaters, pants, whatever - I think it would be a good idea. In the same way that people going out to eat ask each other what they're up for - "How about some Chinese, maybe some Italian?" - in that same way a guy with a closetful of international attire can face each day with the same question. "Uh let's see here, what's it going to be today - Afghani, Chink, Russian, Scottish, bushman Negro, or what? What am I going to wear today?"

You are correct. I remember watching a TV show years ago in which the host was asking women in the audience if they liked men who were capable of crying. Most said yes. Then finally one admitted that while she likes a man who is sensitive enough to cry, if she saw him do it she would lose faith in him as someone to follow. Then other women began admitting the same.
