It is true that a heavyweight has the edge of similarly skilled fighters at lower weights. But sometimes a guy can go so low in weight that it becomes his advantage. I'm sure there's garbage rice and quality rice. But can you image a guy standing at the grain and rice aisle holding up various bags of rice to the light to study their shape and size, trying to get a read on their quality before buying.
