US wants to dominate their stay in the Central Asian countries even after
they were defeated by the Taliban in Afghanistan.

They leased bases from the former Soviet USSR republics in Central Asian
countries such as Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan and used them as launched pads
for their special forces and planes to attack on Afghanistan.

But these countries terminated them subsequently, as it also under pressures
by Russia. It is not possible to allow US to reposition their forces in
central Asia as they continue to want to maintain strategic military
presence there.

Now US is trying to sign leases with several countries in central Asia for
their basing of troops and planes with them. They hope to have more
countries in the central Asia to position their forward airbases,
intelligence bases, and forces.

US has stolen a lot of resources from Afghanistan, and hence should be wary
of them in stirring up political upheavals in those countries and launching
attack on them. US spent too much time engaging wars into others engaging in
civil wars that were not their businesses.
