I was thinking about hate crimes again today and I seriously got to wondering how long it might be before it is against the law to not like somebody. The legality is debated at length by the top jurists in our land. It is finally concluded that not liking somebody is a crime but not on the level of actually hating. However, it is not a free ticket. It is against the law to not like someone and to express it intentionally or otherwise. The only way not liking somebody is not a crime is if the offender can show just cause. Thus the question in court following the admittance by the defendant of not liking someone and showing it is the following: "Why? Why do you dislike him?" If the answer is cool with the Judge or jury the defendant can walk. Otherwise he can be fined or imprisoned or both. Jurists debated the idea of forcing convicted 'non-likers' to read your stupid question thread from start to finish but decided in the end that such a sentence would be cruel and unusual punishment.

I am posting to you alone Bozo because Ollie is not here yet. He usually makes his appearance around 4PM. I study his habits, his schedule. This gives me an idea of what he's up to and where he's at at all times so in case one day I get the urge to take his life I will know his location and will be able to get quickly in and out without any witnesses. Same goes for Bozo. I study your habits too. I have you down pat. Be careful.

(1) First of all, unlike ollie, I'm pretty sure I exist, whereas we can't be sure that ollie does exist other than in your mind as a sockpuppet.

(2) It is definitely NOT against the law to not like someone and to express it intentionally or otherwise as hate. That is unfortunately American as apple pie.

(3) and I am convinced that most haters hate because they are intellectually threatened and "feel" intellectually inferior to the people they do hate.

First, who says it's hate just because someone doesn't like a particular race or ethnicity, or anything for that matter - people with bald heads, anybody under 5 feet or over 7 feet tall, people who walk with noticeable limps, whatever. Who is anyone to say it's hate? And even if it is hate, so what? You are a hateful person Bozo. Maybe we all are in our own ways at different times. But I have detected your hate.
