Talk about costly dumb decisions. The Buccaneers football team
announced they signed Mayfield for a guaranteed 2 year deal for $50
million.

I wanted to talk to them as I made an offer to take the position for
only $4 million. They don't even want to talk to me.

I can show references from previous employers that I show up for work
every day, on time. I'd work hard to get the job done. I'm on Medicare
so it would save them on their healthcare plan too.
