The checking of all those 150 was really, really lax.
And the vast majority were not even checked.

My experience is one customer's daughter died of Covid
at the beginning of the epidemic (send home with a cold),
one customer was hospitalized for a month after the second
shot, one customer's husband had his lungs bleed out after
the shot, one customer's wife die of an extremely aggressive
cancer.

Note that both our experiences are "anecdotal".

AIUI, if people have a bad reaction to the vaccine, the Canadians put
them on an iceberg for a week until the reaction goes away. Either
that, or they put those who spread stupid rumors about vaccines on the
iceberg for a month or until they grow up, whichever comes first.

Never was sick during the entire scamdemic.
Never took any clot shots.
Only wore a mask long enough to get by the bigbox store door nazis, then took it off.
