What are the chances anyone will still reply to this thread? I'm having the same issue. All 3 flippers died mid game but coils still have power and all fuses and clips are fine.

Check what is common to energizing the 3 flippers.
I'd start with the cabinet flipper button switches. Do they share a
common connection like a ground or common return line?
That would be a great place to start.
Work from there.
