This applies to foreign and local critics who may be residing in other
country, which has extradition agreement with China or Hong Kong, or Macau.

There are over 100 countries have extradition treaty with China.

Even though some still maintain diplomatic relationship, there was one
who cancelled the agreement.

Henceforth, those critics abroad, local or foreign, can be arrested and
be complied and send to China.

UK has extradition agreement with China and hence HK critics living in UK
are warned by UK that they can be extradited to HK, Macau or China if a
warrant is issued for them.

The same is applied to British politicians and white men Britons and white
media that they are liable to be extradited too.

A warrant on them for the violation of China's national security law will be
enforced to them through their court. Their court has to review and to
approve the extradition.

Its final approval of their extradition will be decided by the government,
Home Secretary. Every country has its rights to reject any request of it.

Russia is another one country that will target people in other countries to
kill, too. They used poison.

I remember reading about a case where a man killed an Indian Army officer. He then immigrated to Canada, then moved to the U.S. and was living in Central California. The Indian Army tracked him down and killed him in Central California.

Civilized US have used drones for extra judicial killing of *also*
US citizens abroad. It was enough to name them "enemy combatants"
