More of my philosophy about the new way of doing of our world..

I am a white arab from Morocco, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..

I think our world is becoming quickly a much more connected world,

But i say that our world needs to be well managed, and speaking about
good management, i have also invented an important proverb about it, and
here it is (and read also carefully my below thoughts):

And here is my other important proverb:

"R&D (Research and development) and innovation bring
or introduce a kind of economic volatility, so you
have to know how to manage it and how to manage the
risk brought by it, so then you have to know how to manage
efficiently by not hurting good competition"

Note that "volatility" in the the dictionary means:

"A tendency to change quickly and unpredictably"

This above new proverb of mine also says that since the R&D (Research
and development) and innovation bring or introduce a kind of economic
volatility, so we have also to know how to manage it carefully and
efficiently with Antitrust laws, and here is the why of Antitrust laws:

"Antitrust laws are statutes developed by governments to protect
consumers from predatory business practices and ensure fair competition.
Antitrust laws are applied to a wide range of questionable business
activities, including market allocation, bid rigging, price fixing, and
monopolies."

This new proverb of mine is also related to the below problem that
brings nationalism and its economic nationalism that hurts good
competition, read about it carefully in my below writing and thoughts:

We have to be more smart, i think China is also reproducing the
mistakes of Japan, because Japan has protected its large industrial
conglomerates called in Japanese "Keiretsu" and Japan has
compensated there disadvantages even if they were not efficient, and
Japan didn't hesitate to give the Keiretsu all kinds of advantages and
privileges even if they were not efficient, and this was not good for
"competition" and Japan has "failed" by doing it.

I think this is the same that is happening with China, since i think
China needs an efficient mechanism that protects correct "competition"
that brings good efficiency, read the following to notice it:

More of of my philosophy about what is the way of governance..

I think i am smart, and when you read my below just new proverb
you will understand much more that when you govern you have to
well balance, so you have to weigh the pros and cons or the advantages
and disadvantages so that to make the right decisions and this require
from us to be well educated and this is the way of the wise man, but i
think that the way is that you also have to govern by not being
"extremism" that hurts Democracy, for example i think that populism that
has elected Donald Trump as president was not the right Elitism, so i
think the kind of populism that has elected Donald Trump is an extremism
since it was lacking the right Elitism and since also it was only a kind
of reactionary movement that doesn't know correctly how to manage our
world, since they were just reacting violently to this or that problem
by becoming too much violent, but they were not knowing how to manage
our world, so this kind of populism is not what we call wisdom, so i
think that the best way of governance is the governance that knows how
to manage our world.

Here is my just new smart proverb:

"In Ancient Chinese philosophy we have the yin and yang that is a
concept of dualism, but i think that our world is composed of things,
and those things when they interact with humans they come with both
disadvantages and advantages, and it is like the knife, a knife can be
good and it can be bad, so take for example the things that we call
space and matter of our universe, so if you have too much space or
matter it is a disadvantage, or take for example the thing that we call
"time", so time also has its disadvantages such as if you go faster than
speed of light, this violates causality, this is why the most important
thing is not to let it as it is, but you have to know how to well
balance by being wisdom that knows how to manage our world, so you have
not for example to be like stupid people and think that sex is King or
money is King, this is why we have to not be philosophical immaturity
and we have to be responsability by being wisdom that knows how to
manage our world."

Here is my just new other smart proverb:

"When you want to fly like a bird, you can fly like a bird and look from
high above from the sky at our world as a "beautiful" world without
looking at its imperfections and then you can be more happy, or you can
look at our world from the inside and think about it from inside by
looking at its imperfections and be much less happy or sad, so how do
you solve this problem ? so when you are smart you will notice that we
can solve the problem by also powerfully energizing the spirit using the
positive spirit so that to transcend much better the imperfections of
our world, and in my new philosophy i will speak about how to
efficiently and powerfully energize the spirit using the positive spirit"

And here is my other new proverb:

"Human smartness is finding a small number of tools that permit to
solve a great number of problems, so when you look carefully at what is
human smartness you will notice that it is not about great quantity, it
is about a small quantity of good quality that permits us to be so
powerful. Being smart is not about quantity, it is much more about quality."

So i think i am smart and i will explain my new proverb above:

With pattern recognition of fluid intelligence we are finding
patterns that are the tools, and we are understanding and applying those
patterns that we are finding with fluid intelligence to
other many other new problems, so then we are not finding the patterns
again and again, so then we are not finding the tools that are those
patterns again and again, so pattern recognition of fluid intelligence
is a minimization process that permits to find a small number of tools
that permit to solve great number of problems. I think i am smart, and I
have to be more precise, so you have to understand that the minimization
process above is on the "finding", so when i say in my proverb above:
"Human smartness is finding a small number of tools that permit to solve
a great number of problems", the "finding a small number" is my good
abstract thinking and it means that it is a minimization process on the
"finding", since we are not "finding" the tools that are the patterns
again and again.
