Many companies in China have been thinking how they cannot be easily done,

This is since they are highly intertwined with many chains of suppliers
and chain of manufacturers for them.

They are interconnected and only Chinese has the capacity of cooperation
and tolerance to work together to this end for the customer.

Their one common Mandarin language gives them the benefit of easy
communication for getting things done expeditiously.

Their sole Chinese culture gives them the leverage of working hard and
bringing together in the success of it.

The Chinese culture can bring their best to the front with strong work
ethics and working together for their fruitful business of it.

Even if the investor's company is in the final assembly stage of
business, they sill need Chinese to produce their brands of products.

Therefore, they still have to be dependent on the success of the supply
chains to do well for them.

Henceforth, the entire chain of supplier in commands is dependent on
good quality workers of the same language, same culture, and also same
hardworking diligent work attitude.

As each process of each part came from various stages of Chinese
resources, there has to be different companies in the business of it.

That means such as the company in the resourcing of raw material and the
company in the processing of the material ordered.

That means also the company in the manufacturing of parts and the
company in the making of components.

That also means the company in the painting service, and the company in
the logistic and company in the shipping of them, too.

Their collective efforts are not only an immense tight knitted
cooperation, but also just in time mode, too.

Their strong work ethics will bring the bonds of them as suppliers of
parts and components and other services into a stable confident level
wit the customer.

Henceforth, they have to be productive together while still maintaining
their own cost effectiveness with each other, too.

Therefore, among themselves, they have strong work attitudes, skillful
