These US writers should not talk about Law of the Sea when US retreated
from ratifying their initiated signed agreement for the Conventions on
the Law of the Sea.

US gave excuses to the world that the Senate and Congress have refused
to consent because of some clauses they felt was bounded on them.

Hence, the Senate and Congree are not ratifying it, because they are not
approving it.

So What is the point writing, talking, and accusing China about
Conventions of the Law of the Seas by these CNN writers.

On other the hand, those ratified countries which included China now
have to abide by it.

They feel trapped and cheated and conned into ratifying it, when US
changed their minds from ratifying it.

That means US is playing a cheating game luring countries to the signing
and ratifying the acceptance for the conventions of the law of the sea.

So why should country follow the conventions, when soon after the
countries ratified of it, US retreated from it, instead.

The US fear some clauses will bind and lock them down and haunt them
forever. For US, it is okay for other countries to be locked down by it.

Hence these countries are now trapped by the evil tactic of US on the
initiative for a rule of law on law of the sea, so that they control and
rule and police at .

In the preparation of the Conventions, President Ronald Reagan on advice
by people signed an order and changed their existing 3 miles territorial
rule to 12 miles for purpose of the conventions of the law of the sea.

After countries signed the ratification of the conventions, the US
retreated from ratifying it. They said the Senate and Congress do not
agree to confirm and consent and hence it is not approved it.

They should collect their thoughts by writing about how conniving USA
was by initiating and creating the Conventions of the Law of the Seas.

And when everybody ratified into accepting the Convention of sea law,
they retreated and jumped ship. And they still want to become the
policeman of the law of the sea.

Now is the best time for China to also liberally change its own
territorial limit from 12 miles to, let say adding one zero on it, to
120 miles.

Every soldier who went to war abroad went back to US with long term
regrets.

ended up with mental disorder, disabilities, and high in suicides.

Based on figures, of the 2,000 US soldiers died in Afghanistan and 5,000
US soldiers died in Iraq, there were 30,000 of them who went back to US
subsequently died in suicide.

Based on 30,000 suicides over 5,000 deaths, there is a 6-fold increases
in suicide.

This means there were 6 times more deaths in suicide than those ad died
from war.

Henceforth, US should know not to intimidate China or any country as
they will bring back body bags.

Not only that, they will also bringing back with soldiers on a high
suicide rate.

Henceforth, US must think twice as China can bring your war on them back
to the US.

US should think carefully and respect China on this aspects.
