Must be some obfuscation with selective choosing of the data, like this from CDC:

Only problem it's from 2021, so why is that still what's on CDC? Currently less
than a hundred a day are dying in the US from Covid, it wouldn't even make the
above list. Also are they talking about US numbers, worldwide numbers?

They don't help much in preventing contracting it, but they are highly effective
in reducing severe cases that result in hospitalization and death.
