1876? Really? Maybe if some Chinese didn't eat bats then the world wouldn't have this virus to deal with in 2021.

"So when the HIV/AIDS crisis began in the early 1980s, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention classified Haitian newcomers as a special high-risk category alongside gay men and intravenous drug users. But there was no real evidence that Haitians were more likely to carry the virus than anybody else. Indeed, a federal official later admitted, “Haitians were the only risk group that were identified because of who they were rather than what they did.”"

At present, bat is just an hypothesis.

Actually, currently only minks coronoviurs have been found to infect human readily.
Why else did European as well as US had over ten million of minks killed?

Be real? People would not kill millions of pigs during a bird caused pandemic.
Why would they kill millions of minks during a supposedly bat caused pandemic.
