What you are referring to is XXY (Klinefelter syndrome)
and XYY (Jacobs syndrome). They manifest both sexes,
they have both sets of parts, NOT A THIRD SEX! Their
health is pretty bad too.
XX's an XY's do not manifest to the other sex. They
can only mutilate their bodies (which belong to God)
to look like the other sex, well somewhat. They
can NEVER be the other sex. And their hatred,
pronouns, and name calling won't change that either.
There are much better ways to get attention. Trying
being something that merits praise from others. Be a
good and moral person. Treat others well.
Here is an idea. Be a friend. Tell mutilation
candidates that it is okay to be a somewhat
feminine man. Girl like these guy as they
are better listeners and have better hygiene.
And it is okay to be a tom boy. Guys like these
girls a lot because they don't talk too much
and they like sports.
It is far better than telling them it is okay to commit
such a sin/barbarity and eventually suicide out after
the horror of what they have done sets in.

My body belongs to me. God has not paid my food and medical costs. My
parents, then me. If God sends me a big check, OK, he can take over.

Why should you be the one to make that decision? Do you know what is
going on in their mind and body? Of course not, you just have your own

After we moved here I met the local priest. He does not care much about
people from my experience. No, my heart is not hurting, it is quite happy.

I accept people for what they are, I don't try to make them conform to
some value decided by a Christian or a politician. Individuals have no
say in how they were born, yet some want them to be something they are
not. Looks like God's image is rather loose. Maybe he effed up some
genetics.

I have had the experience too. I was raised Roman Catholic.
I walked out of the church as I make a bad secular humanist and a
terrible communist. I now follow the teaching of the
Ancient Church (now known as the Orthodox church).
Some folks seem to think the two churches are similar. They
are only superficially, When y get into the nuts and bolks they are
really, really different. The Ancient Church follow
a very gentl loving tradition handed down by Jesus and the apostles.

This gets into delicate situation. Homosexual behavior is clearly a sin. The gays, etc.
should do their best to avoid situations that would cause them to actively sin. it's sin for unmarried
heterosexuals to have sex. Abstinence is the word. Prayer also, of course. That brings up the
Serenity Prayer.
What should a Christian do? Confront the sinner in public? I'd say no. Maybe privately point it out
to the individual. Maybe just give the individual a Bible and let him sort it out for himself. Maybe point him to
sites like <https://www.gotquestions.org/>
There's the old phrase "hate the sin, love the sinner".

So why did God make them if it is a sin? Why did Jesus have 12 men
following him and no women?

Seems like most of that is man made ideas. Not nature, not following
the way some humans were formed.

Lot and His Daughters

33 That night they got their father to drink wine, and the older daughter went in and slept with him. He was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up.

34 The next day the older daughter said to the younger, “Last night I slept with my father. Let’s get him to drink wine again tonight, and you go in and sleep with him so we can preserve our family line through our father.” 35 So they got their father to drink wine that night also, and the younger daughter went in and slept with him. Again he was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up.

36 So both of Lot’s daughters became pregnant by their father. 37 The older daughter had a son, and she named him Moab[g]; he is the father of the Moabites of today. 38 The younger daughter also had a son, and she named him Ben-Ammi[h]; he is the father of the Ammonites[i] of today.
