Your post reminds me of something I read about the white supremacist guy who plowed his car through a bunch of protesters and his lawyer is claiming he did it in self defense. I suggested that approach as soon as the guy was arrested. One guy opposed to the defense said in an interview, "It is insane to suggest self defense. It was 2 tons of metal vs skin and bone." Or something like that. Whatever he said it made me think instantly of Reginald Denny. He was dragged out of a tractor trailer. So to suggest someone is safe just because they're inside a vehicle is totally insane.

As a cab driver I can tell you the same thing any honest waitress will tell you - black people are the worst tippers and the most demanding customers at the same time. I don't blame poor people for not tipping. I don't even blame a rich person for not doing. I worked for tips but never saw them as an obligation. But some nights I would have made nothing without them. Every so often a Negro with cash would tip large - to make up for his brothers not tipping. If Blacks were truckers during the dust bowl the waitresses would have seen them coming and gone, "Oh shit, here comes nothing." And the kids would suffer the worst. No candy for the kids. Until the rare Negro tipper comes along. He tips huge. To make up for his brothers. When he pays his bill and hops back in his truck a kid asks the waitress, "How come that guy tipped so big - I thought you said Niggers don't tip", and the waitress tells the kid, "They're not all the same, Jimmy - there's some good niggers too. Remember that Jimmy - there is good in all people."
