What is there for US to warn others of China is building more nuclear
missiles silos when US is 6000 more than China. Make no mistake, China is
stupid to believe US is a peacemaker, that they did not increase their ICBMs
to match more than US.

harassments by US, it is considered a "little slow and too late" for China
to accelerate its building of nuclear missiles whether on land or sea, to
