I put this away (unfortunately more than 1) to see if oak integrated, this is an extracted dense wine with little charm. C+

Seemingly fully mature in half, red cherry over tar and rose petals, good last minute replacement for the poor Bdx. B

Light, red delicious apple with cantaloupe, good contrast to the fondue. B-

Round, fleshy, needs some spine. C+

Oysters, scallops with citrus and capers, hubbard squash, Chinese broccoli with chile crisp
2019 Fichet Bourgogne Blanc Cote d’Or
Clean, fresh, good verve. B/B+
