What about people like me? I am a woman of large proportions and I
need more oxygen than some skinny wad. I also exhale more air than the
average person through my rear ventilation system. There are times
when fairness sucks and isn't fair at all.

I see you're going back to a newsgroup time of long ago. I do that sometimes, check out some of the old stuff. I notice my writing is more lucid and tight (compared to now) and the presentations easier to read. Not always though. But yes, I believe as we age we deteriorate in many ways. Some people get better with age. They are the ones who learn and adapt. When I was a kid I took an aptitude test, for egotistical reasons of course. It was all about me.

When I take tests I never cheat or lie. I was eager for the test results. They said my main aptitude is my ability to adapt. They said I had adaptability. I liked that. Had a good ring to it. So I started calling myself Mr. Adaptability. And I haven't adapted to anything since.

But I'm drifting again. To the point. Please. Maybe you do need more air than the skinny runts. But never forget - we create our own needs. If you need more air it's your fault. I am an air addict. I need it too. But I don't need a lot. In fact I prefer the shallow almost ready to die style of breathing with the heart rate down to 30 beats a minute (or less) with everything shutting down in a pleasant way. Of course this is a mere fantasy.

By the way, I posted a much shorter (and better) response only a few minutes ago but pressed the wrong button and it is lost forever. This was intended to be a rewrite of what I wrote the first time. But by the time I got ready to write it I forget what it was. So I'm flying on real time, dealing in the here and now, living for the moment and grooving on the air all around me. You've got the weight, you've got the heft, you've got the power. If the air supply depot isn't manned by armed soldiers you should be able to push a few skinny runts out of the way to get to that air nozzle to keep from getting LASS.

I will not scuba dive. I do not participate in sports that require you to bring your own oxygen.

More than just one source might be ok. Might even be preferable to air as we know it now. You get your own. Maybe you even make your own. Package it. Bottle it. Very light weight tanks with shoulder straps. No heavier than a back pack. Other packs are carried in your pockets, compressed like underplayed parachutes.

Once in the cab, working days down here, I picked up a woman with a small oxygen tank on wheels. She was in the suburbs taking a decent sized ride to the Coliseum. I asked what's going on there. "Oh just exercise classes", she said, "twice a week." She said they had a track there and people from all over with tanks would talk around. I was amazed at her resolved. She wasn't a workout freak. I did not detect that. She did not want to deteriorate to the point of needing an assisted living facility or whatever. She needed the oxygen to move, to keep her muscles functioning. I was kind of impressed while mildly at the same time thinking what's the use.

When it comes to sex I do not want them at my mercy, I want it the other way around. Even then with stipulations. The woman must be highly attractive in every way plus have the proper snarly attitude to set my masochistic urgency into action. I want to be able to order a woman to order me around.
