My husband and I wonder the same thing! All of a sudden, we are noticing we can't get a decent cup of tea. No nice aroma, and so weak...swamp water indeed! Thanks for speaking up both of you. I won't be buying any more Red Rose tea!

So when did this happen and did you call them with the batch number? You
might just have got a very very stale package that had been sitting far
too long in a warehouse... but then again they may have totally changed their
supplier or blend too... would be interesting to hear what they would have
to say about it.
