In the 1960s, the tobacco companies were showing graphs that linked the
increased per capita consumption of coca cola with lung cancer and cited
that "link" i.e., association, to disparage the evidence that lung
cancer was causally linked to smoking. The breathless article he cites

risk with concurrent flu and covid vaccinations, your comment suggests
that you continue to fail to understand the distinction between
association and causality and I can only conclude that it is you who
remain in denial of that important distinction.

If you mean that they have ceased wearing masks in high risk
environments and failed to receive medically indicated vaccinations, I
agree completely.
