The objective is to produce a liability free neighborhood hit man with hallucinogenics and constant reinforcement by suggestions of infidelity. It’s the psychiatric loophole in sarbanes Oaxley because a mentally incompetent individual can escape prosecution and is not typically capable of running a corporation as an executive.
