the 2020 Wisconsin Gableman Election Fraud Investigation, came forward
this week and is naming names and releasing details involving the
election fraud that clearly affected the outcome of the 2020

unsubstantiated accusations against municipal clerks and members
of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, but found nothing of substance.
Gableman himself became a lightning rod for controversy; he called
for opponents of his review to lose their offices,[4] he called for
witnesses to be jailed if they did not comply with his interview
process,[5] he was the target of several lawsuits, and he was fined
for contempt due to his record-keeping practices. The last straw

That about covers it. The report is old news, was released in March. I just
looked at it. The first big example of "fraud":

"The Cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha and Green Bay entered into
an agreement with Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL). In the agreement, the Cities
took CTCL’s money to facilitate in-person and absentee voting within their respective city.

He claims that violates state law:

The CTCL agreement facially violates the election bribery prohibition of Wis. Stat.
§ 12.11 because the participating cities and public officials received private money to
facilitate in-person or absentee voting within such a city. Any similar agreements in the
2022 and 2024 election cycle would also be prohibited election bribery.

Wis. Stat. § 12.11, in relevant part, prohibits a city from receiving money to
facilitate electors going to the polls or to facilitate electors to voting by absentee ballot:
Election bribery
(1) In this section, “anything of value” includes any amount of money, or
any object which has utility independent of any political message it contains
and the value of which exceeds $1…
(1m) Any person who does any of the following violates this chapter:
1. Offers, gives, lends or promises to give or lend, or endeavors to procure,
anything of value, or any office or employment or any privilege or immunity
to, or for, any elector, or to or for any other person, in order to induce any
elector to:
1. Go to … the polls.
2. Vote….

That sure isn't my reading of the law. The law and it's clear intent is to prevent
giving money to people directly, not about giving money to the cities to be used
to make voting easier. Following that spurious logic, a private organization that
runs TV ads encouraging people to vote is guilty of bribery. They really just
won't stop with this BS, turning to ever more bizarre and stupid claims.
