Even so, if there is a loan involved in the work, it is prior assessed and

from all the 10 of appointed participant countries that joined the board of
BRI bank that set up by China for such BRI projects.

That means the country wanting to loan from BRI and for the owrk as well is
required to pass the financial tests required for the loan of it.
