Funny. Which one driving on a public road is not followed by unmarked car?
And IF one tried to take some photo inappropriately, like the underwear of a lady,
he would be chased out from New York, and forced to delete footage in NYC as
well as Xinjiang.

More serious, BBC is obvious not as innovative as some American journalists.
One America journalist had reported that he was followed by a taxi. He later got
on the same taxi. Lo and behold, he found a badge identified the previous rider as
Chinese government agent. Proof positive.
