Saga dog corp is hosting a pop lottery design competition to help coastal flooding climate change populations on the Sagar Islands in India already ravaged by mass population migration due to climate change. An amphibian all-terrain vehicle design is needed for logistical purposes that can economically transport people and resources over both land and sea without a dock. The design should be green friendly abd energy efficient and could be a first of breed design advanced abd deployed in the space program abd other regions expected to be coastal flooding regions like Florida.
