The lawsuit that could have made the energy difference down the
road can't proceed, because it was cancelled after Biden's
handlers got him to revoke a permit. Multiple states were in
the process of suing when TransCanada opted to cancel the
pipeline because of the permit loss. Courts then ruled against
the plaintiffs leaving companies and investors with billions in
losses. Texas v. Biden, S.D. Tex., No. 3:21-cv-00065, 1/6/22.

That's probably why Biden doesn't want to go near the border in
Texas. He may still be lucid enough to remember JFK.
