Let's see ... the US southwest had a serious drought
which lasted about three solid years. Everything dried
up, caught fire and blew away. GLOBAL WARMING !!!

Now, geez, it's RAINING ! Even a half-assed tropical
storm moving in ! Not such big rains since 1937 (when
there weren't many SUVs). GLOBAL WARMING !!!

If next they have a long, moderate, BORING period
they'll blame that on GW as well.

Reminds of the old witch-hunting days where ANYTHING
that went wrong, from the large scale to stubbing your
toe, was because of WITCHES and DEMONS beaming curses
at you.

Fortunately, some people understand that climate change means that on average the temperature is climbing (as forecast since the late 80s to mid 90s,
back when the right was saying we would be cooling) and that change is moving us to some new equilibriums where some things could remain similar and
many things can change wildly. Some things as unpredictable as massive fires in "cold" Canada, pine beetle ravages in the Rockies, and mosquitoes
moving farther north are all happening.
