It is irrelevant whether he did or didn't... and subjective. Ms.
Hutchinson was relating what was spoken by Mr. Ornato, and, thus,
should not be weighted heavily (if at all) by the critical thinker.

Basically, Leroy, you're arguing with a jack-ass that the grass isn't
blue. You may be right when you say that it's green; however, you're
still arguing with a jack-ass.
