I speak of the inherent *limits*, not limitations, of rights. Without using the
phrase "inherent limits," so did Scalia in Heller. An inherent limit of the
right to arms, as expressly stated by Scalia, is that the right is not a right
to just whatever arms you wish to have. I'm right about this and you are wrong,

A law prohibiting you from having Javelin anti-tank missiles does not infringe
the right. Such arms are outside the inherent limits of the right.
